Position: MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN PRODUCTIVITY

Location : GURGAON

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

- The primary role of the Supply Chain Productivity Manager is to deliver cost savings & identify opportunities across the supply chain. This person will be responsible to drive ‘Productivity Agenda’ by facilitating continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs and eliminate waste.

Profile

- Education: MBA degree in Supply Chain/Operation. commercial functions in FMCG industry

- At least 3-4 years of productivity experience in a consumer goods environment

- A proven track record of generating results, managing multiple priorities, collaborating and influencing others, problem-solving, and meeting tight deadlines.

- Functional Experience: Multi-functional experience with broader business understanding with strong execution skills.

- Deep Understanding on Logistics and experienced driving productivity projects

- Experience in large change management process. Excellent Inter Personal Skills

Key accountabilities:

1. Lead Diagnostics for Logistics Spend Analysis

2. Lead Logistics Productivity Work Stream for the Project

3. Lead the Operating Model Stream Coordinate

4. Change Management across Functions – Sales –Plants –Distributor –Transporter-C&FA partners

5. Influencing & Coaching cross functional teams / members towards delivery of project initiatives on time
