The Opening is for Manager/Sr.Manager-Training with a manufacturing Industry in Mumbai. Want candidates from Manufacturing, Automobile and Engineering sectors only.

Position:Manager / Sr Manager - Training

Qualification:MBA(HR) or BE who are into Training.

Functional Description:

1. Plan Behavioral / Soft Skills training for new (Newly hired employees) and existing (refresher training) employees.

2. Person should involve in imparting soft skills.

3. Creating Training Calendars/Schedules by conducting need analysis.

4. Developing Content of the programme.

5. Organizing Programme as per the calendar with the help of internal/external faculty.

6. Design, Customize and constantly upgrade training processes for greater effectiveness.

7. Prepare and maintain various types of MIS data related to training.

8. Maintaining month wise records of training attendance, feedback form, and faculty evaluation.

9. Preparing OJTs considering the target for the year and after discussion with the Department/Divisional Head
