Position : - Manager / Sr Manager (Sales)

Team Management:
- Handling team of sales officers within each distributor and driving them for the set target and goals
Influencing, motivating and guiding the Sales Force, MIS, distributors & structures to achieve sales targets as well as visibility & distribution objectives
Channel Management:
- To handle distributors
- To achieve monthly revenue of the territory
- Monitor & control distributor’s ROI, performance & incentives budget
- Monitoring and maintaining stock norms at distributor and retailer point
- Appointment of new distributor
- Day to day Sales programs (i.e. new schemes & offers, sales promotions & trade engagement etc) to deliver targeted numbers of customers and revenue.
- Gaining absolute control over the trade spends (Primary Sales) on the market
Educational Qualifications
- Candidate Should be MBA Pass from the Top Ten Premier Institutes of India need to apply
2007,2008, 2009,2010 and 2011 - Regular MBA - Batch only of the Below mentioned institutes only
Indian School of Business - Hyderabad , IIM - Ahmedabad, Banglore, Kolkata,Lucknow, Kozikode, Indore MDI - Gurgaon, XLRI - Jamshedpur, NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute Of Management ) – Mumbai, S,P Jain Institute of Management & Research ,Faculty of Management Studies (FMS ), Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Institute of Management Technology – Gaziabad – Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM)
