Mgr/Sr Mgr - Research/Consulting - Tel/Industrial

Position: Manager/Sr. Manager (Telecom OR Industrial Engineering Products) for a leading Consulting Firm in Gurgaon

Location: Gurgaon- (Relocation can be considered)

Experience: Manager (+3-5 years ) & Sr. Manager(+6-9 years) relevant experience in Consulting & Research for Telecom & Industrial Engineering Products Vertical.

Job Role:

- Development and execution of Portfolio & global competitor analysis requirements, as defined and agreed with the key stakeholders

- Maintain key global competitor profiles, working closely with the regional teams, refreshing annually as a minimum

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders.

- Manage relationships with partners and suppliers, both internal and external

- Works proactively with the relevant market units to shape their business strategy and creates, leads and implements a marketing strategy & programmes to deliver and support the business strategy.

- Internal Stakeholder Relationship Management

- Financial & Business Impact

- Uses internal and external market insight resources to keep up to date with market changes, current hot topics, competitors etc.

- Can analyse and prioritise market insight data and identify potential CLIENT opportunities.

- Regular reviews market developments with market insight team

- Regularly shares market & competitor insight with sales, marketing, portfolio etc., evidence through peer feedback.

Skills:

- The role has people management responsibilities which are both direct and virtual teams, distributed across countries/continents. Must understand and meet the people management standards and performance management principles.

- Able to prepare and present on executive level reports on campaigns and programmes.
