Mgr/Sr Mgr - Recruitment Services - BPO/ITES

This role is with the Bangalore office of a MNC recruitment consultancy firm. The prime focus of the role will be to help BPO/ ITES companies find candidates.

They are looking for 1 recruitment consultant with at least 5 years of recruitment consultancy or HR-Recruitment experience who can join them as a Manager/ Senior Manager. Fixed salary will be supported with a variable bonus plan paid every Jan and July.

The person must have recruitment exposure with ITES/ BPO firms in and around Bangalore and shall be able to bring in some ready-to-go mandates while joining this role.

The person must have a disciplined approach and shall be committed. The business development activities will be closely monitored by the directors who are IIMites and have senior corporate exposure. Training and sales support will be provided. The person will be given a free hand in forming his/ her team and managing his/ her P&L, subject to performance.
