Mgr/Sr Mgr - Payments & Cash Operations

Our Client is looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager in the Global Payments Operations Team

The Job holder will be responsible for delivering forecats which explain portfolio projections across Credit Risk and for development of impairment forecasting.

The person will be responsible for Leading a large team in Cash & Payment Operations to achieve quality and efficiency targets, delivers on agreed Payment processing SLAs and ensure client satisfaction by effective support to respective Business Partners in GTS.

Major responsiblities

1) Taking care of end to end payment processing - Client onboarding activities, Client Maintenance activities, setting up the payment channel, payment processing etc.

2) Team Management

4) Manage operational risk and build a culture of control

5) Ensuring process SLA- timelines & accuracy.

Requirements for the role-

1) 6-8 years of experience in payment processing, cross border payments operations

2) Team Handling experience

3) Expertise in Payment operations and not in processes and technology

4) Expertise in Settlements & clearing systems
