Looking for candidates with 3+yrs of Post Qualification Exp in Debt/ Loan Syndication forte.

Manager / Sr Manager – Loan Syndication (Negotiable based on candidates Experience and Expertise)

Location :- Delhi

Number of Vacancy :- 2

Candidate’s Profile: -

1) CA / MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years experience.

2) Financial / Syndication/ Credit background with exposure to various sectors and his deliverable would include inter-alia, client management (structuring the deal with the client):

Preparation of information memorandum, financial model (with the support of the team) and placement and co-ordination with banks at different levels and responding to their queries.

3) Very Strong Interpersonal and Marketing skills.

4) Expertise in MS Excel & Power point.

5) Should have the ability to deal with challenging situations.

Key Deliverable:

1. Relationship Building – It is more of a relationship building role for developing and maintaining relationships with banks/financial institutions round the year for syndication of loan proposal.

2. Project Appraisal - Assessment of project viability & Preparation of Info memo & financial models.

3. Syndication - Representation to lenders and making presentations on the projects, interacting with various banks, participating in lenders’ meets for allocation and distribution of debt and execution of common documents.

4. Client Dealing – Involvement in the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation/appraisal, finalization of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the clients.
