Work Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in reputed food companies, handling Food Laws related Matters/Court cases i.e. Cases related to PFA etc.

- The candidate should have good exposure towards prevention of food adulteration act 1954 & food safety and standards act, 2006 & rules & regulations 2011.

- THE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF OTHER FOOD LAWS SUCH AS FPO/MMPO & THE LEGAL METROLOGY ACT, 2009 & RULES, 2011 , Consumer Protection Act

- He should have wide and extensive knowledge in handling food laws cases.

- He should be skillful in drafting applications, petitions/bail/reply etc for PFA cases.

Any other Specifications:

- The candidate is required to travel extensively all over the country as a part of their job.
