Job Description :-
- Developing TNI (Training Need Identification).
- Skill Gap Analysis.
- Development of Training Calendar.
- Planning and preparing annual training budget according to the business plan and developing training strategy.
- Design and Implementation of learning and development/ training strategies to achieve development needs of different levels of the employees.
- Assessment / review on training progress and development plan.
- Ascertaining Training impact to the Business objectives.
- Training Feedback Analysis and Effectiveness of Training.
- Organizational Development
Desired Candidate Profile :-
Education :- MBA (full time) is must
- Candidate should have 7-15 yrs work experience.
- Work profile will involve traveling also.
- Male candidates need to apply only.
