Responsible for leading the in-country learning curriculum design, development, delivery or learning solutions and the learning team.

Develop a local Blueprint that capture and forecasts demand learning and capability uplift.

Managing the L&D Budgets, designing the uplift programs for all the levels.

Working closely with the HRBPs to understand the L&D needs.
