The position is responsible for delivery of national learning and capability and organisational development initiatives in the organisation.
Job Profile
- Conceive and implement organisation L&D strategy in line with the Business / HR strategy
- Design, Develop & deliver Learning interventions aligned with the strategy
- Develop, implement and adhere to learning architecture through process adherence on Induction, Training Dashboard, Training Calendar, Training budget., Training effectiveness and Training calendar
- Partner with right learning partners to develop / customize training contents
- Manage vendor relations, negotiate pricing, monitor service levels
- Partner with the respective functions to understand business challenges and design training intervention
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA (HR) Females from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute with total 7-10 yrs of experience in Learning & Development & OD. Strong experience in designing & developing learning & OD interventions. Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills.
