Manager/Sr.Manager- Inventory Planning Cell

Location: Bangalore

- Senior Manager IPC will run the daily Inventory Planning Operations for the company across categories handling a team size of 10-12 members including Managers. He will also be the "Change the Business" leader who has ability to analyse problems and propose solutions to improve the overall health of Inventory Planning. He has to interact with functions like Cateogry management, Warehouse, Procurement and Finance on a routine basis to ensure the information availability and quick actions.

- He/She should have a strong negotiation skill and ability to influence without authority. He/She will be strong with Process Optimisation and should have great comfort to deal with numbers. He/She will be working on quick projects focussed on improving metrices which are critical to the leadership team. He will be leading a small team of 3 to 5 Analysts

Education : Engineering + MBA (mandatory) , Tier 1 or 2 only

Knowledge :

- Planning, Inventory, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, ERP, Business Process Management, BPR, BPI

Skills :

- Very Strog Decision maker at Operational level, Good Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving, Dealing with Ambiguity, Prior experience with Large retailer, Business Analytics, SQL

- Planning & Organising : Medium to High. Ability to think holistically and taking critical decisions is important
