- The role is required to drive the HR strategy for the Organization.

- It encompasses working closely with the business leaders and global vertical leaders to devise solutions, which will prepare the organization for growth in the challenging environment.

The key responsibilities would include :

- Relationship Management,deployment of HR Processes, Employee Engagement/Development Initiatives
