ROLE DESCRIPTION
Specific Responsibilities
- Implementation of HR Policies including Induction, People Engagement Practices, Attrition Management, Employee MIS Generation, Employee Grievance Handling, etc..
- Embed a performance management culture by ensuring clear objectives, feedback and the improvements laid down for each individual
- Compensation and Employee Benefits as well as engagement activities
- Manage strategic ER / people issues, contracting in the services of specialist HR areas as required
- Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinarian, employee turbulence, grievance and absence management
- Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organization
- Develop and assesses effectiveness of company-wide employee relations programs, including award and recognition programs, exit interviews, etc.
- Design and Organizes various employee welfare programs
- Prepares employment and employee relation management reports.
- Handle legal issues and complaints on employment legislations
