Mgr/Sr Mgr - HR Consulting - XLRI/TISS

1. Scouting for a Manager in Mumbai for HR consulting domain of a Premier Consulting firm. The person will be responsible for Project Management, Team mgmt and Client Delivery.

He /She should be from a Premier B School - XLRI, TISS, SIBM, MDI etc from '06/'07/'08 batch and have work experience of 5 - 7 yrs. Travel requirements - 50 to 80%.

CTC - Rs. 20 to 25 Lac pa + Incentives.

The incumbent should have experience in a consulting firm or should be from Cos known for HR Practices.

2. Scouting for a Senior Manager in Delhi for HR consulting domain of a Premier Consulting firm. The person will be responsible for Business development along with Project Management, Team mgmt and Client Delivery.

He /She should be from a Premier B School - XLRI, TISS, SIBM, MDI etc from '06/'07/'08 batch and have work experience of 8-10 yrs. Travel requirements - 60 to 80%.

CTC - Rs. 25 to 30 Lac pa + Incentives.

The incumbent should have experience in a consulting firm or should be from Cos known for HR Practices.
