Manager/Sr Manager - ERM (Enterprise Risk Management)

Currently working on an opening for the position of Manager/Sr Manager - ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) for a leading Insurance Organization.

Job Description -

1. Facilitate the implementation of various activities in area of Enterprise Risk Management so that key risks facing the company are identified, mitigated and reported in time.

2. Implementation of automated risk management framework for timely reporting, measurement and escalation mechanism.

3. To ensure comprehensive Risk Control Self Assessments by various functions to ensure that complete RCSA testing reports are available for Risk Management analysis.

4. To ensure collation of Operational Loss Data from various functions to build an Operational Loss database.

5. Responsible for various risk management activities like risk policies certification, functional attestation and organizing risk management committee meetings.

6. Contribute in the creation /implementation of Risk Culture so as to make risk management a part of everyday practice.
