Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in retention, engagement/loyalty marketing preferably in B2C eCommerce environment.
- A born manager and ‘Jack-of-all-trades’. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams across the organization and to drive results.
- Strong presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated prowess with advanced segmentation, customer life cycle, channel performance tracking, funnel analysis and product cross-promotion.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically while delivering results in a high-change, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in aligning targeting, messaging and program development/execution to specific customer segments.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing successful ROI-driven retention and CRM marketing promotions and campaigns.
- Experience in direct response online marketing is highly desired.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Post Grad degree or diploma in the fields of communication, marketing, PR and advertising. MBA is a plus.
- 3 years minimum of online direct response marketing.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of various analytics systems (such as web and CRM).
