Job Description:

Role - Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance

Designation – Manager / Senior Manager

Qualification – CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)

Experience – 8 - 12 years

Location – Mumbai

Role Purpose

1. Financial and business modelling

2. To enable key decision making activities by business leaders

3. To enable reporting of key performance matrix of the business

4. To assist fund raising (Debt and Equity) and ancillary support

Key Activities

1. Interacting and supporting senior executives on international and domestic financing efforts

2. Creating financial and business models from scratch after understanding business needs and requirements and/or updating of existing business models and keeping them abreast with latest developments

3. Interacting with potential investors and prepare Information Memorandum (IM) and Presentation as required for this purpose

4. Managing due diligence and financial closure process

5. Liaising internally with business development and operating team on evaluating the key commercial and technical parameter to enable key decision making

Critical Exposure Areas

1. In-depth knowledge of financial analysis and reporting

2. Creation on in-depth financial models

3. Excellent communication and presentation and networking skills

4. Working Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, depreciation etc. and its impact on financial projections required

5. Existing network and relationship within the investment and banking community will be preferred (Must have very good exposure with Banks)

6. Self-driven, thought leader and pro-active and pragmatic in his approach to the requirements of the business
