Responsibilities:

- Leasing of Commercial projects and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.

- Developing Project Launch Strategies-Business Model, Pricing Feasibility, Net Realization, and Tenant Mix etc.

- Developing a plan of commercial leasing to ensure proper tenant mix in the property in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired company business objectives.

- Overseeing the documentation process of Lease Agreements.

- Pitch for Business Development by identifying new clients in the commercial leasing sector and generating a lead.

- Establishing & appointing Channel Partners and maintaining relationship with them.

- Execute and close Commercial leasing transactions.

- Coordination & Interaction with Real Estate Agents & International Property Consultancies for leasing & Market updates.

- Establishing Strategic alliances with Corporates and business houses

- Tracking market/ competitor trends to keep abreast of the changing client requirements.

- Participating in various seminars/ exhibitions to market the project.

- Handle documentation pertaining to the same.

- Keep abreast of latest developments in various industries and tap potential clientele based on a systematic study of the environment.

- Establish rapport and understanding with the current clients to ensure repeat business.

CTC: Upto 10.00 Lacs PA
