Mgr/Sr Manager - Corporate Banking

Job Responsibilities:

- To introduce & acquire new customer in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment

- To ensure branch activisation and generate business through branches

- To ensure sourcing of quality business banking products (Working Capital/ LC/BG)

- To provide Superior customer experience

- To meet & exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisition value month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customers

- Responsible for overall processing – from sourcing to disbursement and regular servicing of the customer

- To abide strictly with the selling norms defined by the organization and adherence to guidelines by internal & external regulators

- To ensure quality sourcing in line with the Banks policy

- To Adhere to sales process & KYC Norms of the bank

Qualifications, Experience, Competencies Skills:

Qualifications:

- Post Graduate preferred/ Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university;

Experience:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience of self acquisition of Business Banking – Asset customers

- Should have good knowledge of business banking asset products - working capital / BG / LC
