Mgr/RM - BD - Talent Assessment

Position: Manager / Regional Manager - Business Development

Location: Bangalore

Role:

- Reporting to the Vice President, the incumbent shall be responsible for prospecting, developing and growing the business for Talent Q's portfolio of talent assessment products and consulting services in Bangalore & the South India Region. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering the revenue targets for the region and will need to work in close consultation with the Assessment and Consulting delivery team in Mumbai, to ensure effective client delivery.

- Some of the other key responsibilities include exploring opportunities for market Development, delivering sales targets for the region, networking in various professional forums, adhering to internal sales MIS norms and reporting formats, invoicing and collections etc.

Experience:

- 6-10 years of experience in corporate sales and concept selling, with at least 2 years of recent experience in Business Development for HR / Management Consulting related Services. Prior experience in Business Development for services and products Talent Management / Training / Psychometric Assessment domains will be an added advantage.

- We are looking out for candidates who are highly self motivated and have a strong entrepreneurial drive, with good communication and inter personal skills.
