JOB DESCRIPTION:

Environment

- Work with a team on cutting edge research projects

- Motivate and lead researchers & deliver high quality work to clients

- Give presentations to clients on the insights generated by the team

- Proactively engage with clients & seniors and exceed expectations

Responsibilities

- Perform primary & secondary research from free & paid sources

- Interpret data, ensure quality & craft robust recommendations

- Communicate complex messages verbally in a lucid manner

- Develop BD collateral, identify potential clients & execute BD plan

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Background: You MUST be

- An MBA from a tier 1 college - IIMs, XLRI, FMS, MDI...

- Have experience in a research firm in a team management role

Toolkit: You MUST be a master of

- Research databases - Bloomberg, Factiva, Lexis Nexis, Onesource...

- Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, VBA

Skills: You MUST be a master of

- Data interpretation & business analysis

- Creative data presentations e.g. Mekko charts

- Work-flow & resource management

Attitude: You MUST be

- Very curious

- Methodical & organised

- Committed to quality
