Manager - Mustbe CA OR MBA - FP&A - Big4 KPO - Max 21L

Must Haves :

1. CA/ MBA with 8-12 years of experience +

2. Should have worked in KPO / Big4 / Shared Services / Offshoring Companies / Transaction Support / Statutory Audit work in Management Consulting Organizations.

3. Handson Experience in financial analysis, report writing preferable in Banking, Insurance or AMC sector

4. Team Handling Must 15+ Team members

JD as below :

- Lead project on KPIs, key financial drivers,

- Measure, monitor and improve client service / driving excellence in service delivery

- Will manage several large to medium-size projects.

- Reviews quality of deliverable of the team.

- Manage efficiency and productivity of team members on a day-to-day basis. Ensures adherence to the work-flow protocol and tools.
