Job Description - Reporting to the CFO your responsibilities will include:

- Defining and translating tax policies & guidelines including transfer price policies

- Managing relationships with tax authority and help to settle the arguments and to acquire tax incentives

- Filing Returns for Income tax, withholding tax, transfer price etc.

- Examining adjustments of important tax issues in declaration of corporate income tax

- Managing all tax audits including coordination with finance and outside advisors

- Computing of Advance tax, monthly provision of Income Tax and Wealth Tax (annual)

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 5+ years of relevant work experience within the direct taxation domain in the manufacturing / FMCG space. Coming from a Big Four or an FMCG background, you've prior experience in corporate taxation and transfer pricing with a working knowledge of both both USGAAP and IGAAP. You should have excellent communications skills and are comfortable working in a competitive environment.
