Position - Demand Planner/ Manager

Location-- Delhi

Our esteemed client is a very big name in FMCG/ consumer care and hence we are looking out for premier B school Pass outs from 2007 to 2009 batch ( IIMs. SP jain, / NITIE)

JOB PROFILE

- Is fully responsible for Demand Planning and customer service for NORTH region of India (consumer division franchises. Key areas include demand forecasting, FG inventory planning – Norms setting at C&FA level, improvement in customer service, handling relationship with Modern trade/ key accounts and supporting the country S&OP processes.

- Demand Manager also has responsibility towards Cost improvements in the area of order to cash process. The role also needs strong interaction with logistics and warehousing team to drive better customer service results and cost efficiency.

Skills Required

- FMCG and Demand Planning background with knowledge of SAP and APO

- Have strong communication, coordination and influencing skills.

- Self driven and process oriented

- Be comfortable with and capable of delivering results in a matrix structure

- Strong analytical skills

- Good on people management and negotiation skills

Experience Required

- 3 to 5 years experience in the area of demand planning & customer service management.

Educational qualification:

- MBA from top B school + any additional SC specialization like CPIM etc would be added advantage

- 2007 to 2009 batched may apply

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal:

- Sales, Planning, Purchase, Distribution, Finance, manufacturing, Information management, contract manufacturing, marketing and exports functions

External: Transporters, Carrying and Forwarding Agents and TPMs.
