Mgr/AVP - Real Estate Financing & Advising

Currently we have an opening for the role of “Manager/ Sr. Manager / AVP / VP” – “Real Estate Financing & Advising".

Company - Leading Financial Company

Location – Mumbai (Candidates who are currently located in Mumbai need only apply)

Experience Required – 8 years + (Candidates who have knowledge & Experience in Real Estate Financing & Advising will only be preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sourcing of Investment Opportunity on regular basis & funding the same

- Conducting Project feasibility studies of projects and providing key strategic inputs to Investment Committee for decision making

- Involved in negotiation, structuring and closure of the deals

- Maintaining relationship with Developers, Investors and Property Consultants

- Preparation & presentation of Investment Committee Notes to the Investment Committee

- Identifying potential exit opportunities and concluding the exits
