The incumbent should mandatorily possess the following skills :

- Should have worked in the Life sciences space and done work around Product Management, Brand Management, Channel & Distribution strategy, Channel optimization, Sales strategy & operations, Sales process & functional design and other similar functions

- Should have an excellent, established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.

- Should have an MBA from a Tier 1 B School.

- Should possess strong program management skills
