With the ongoing rapid expansion, we are looking to hire Sr. Associate/Manager for Financial Due Diligence profile.

Job Description :

- Experience of handling data room and end to end due diligence process.

- Excellent communication skills, report writing and Strong excel /PPT) skills.

- Ability to work within deadlines and team

- Very good accounting and regulatory knowledge

- Taxation (high level understanding and concept of transaction)

- Good commercial acumen and market awareness.

- Prior experience in Consulting firm in preferred

- Willingness to travel, when necessary.

Desired Candidate :

- CA/MBA Finance Graduate

- Minimum 3 yrs of work experience in Financial Due Diligence (Candidates with strong audit background can also apply)
