MGB Advisors - Manager/Senior Manager - Valuation & Consulting

Job Description: -

- The candidate shall be involved in Managing the execution of assignments/account management.

- The candidate should have a decent exposure and understanding of nuances of a Real Estate of property site visits (including industrial properties) for Valuation purpose and have an acumen at Market Research (to acquire data from primary or secondary data sources)

- Candidate shall possess excellent analytical skills in Data Collation, interpret data, analyze results and prepare reports.

- Submit periodic reports and other deliverables as per departmental schedules.

- Candidates will be required to travel extensively Pan India

- Support Business Development

Desired qualification:

Education Background:

Graduate in Civil Engineering/ Architecture / Urban Planning Or MBA - NICMAR / RICS.

IBBI Registered Valuer for Land & Building

- Experience: 5 to 8 years in valuations Preferably with an exposure to IPC's such as CBRE, JLL, Colliers, C&W or Savills.

- Good written and Verbal communication skills

- Good coordination and networking skills, including multi-tasking on different assignments.

- Willingness to do desktop and field research

- Expertise with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Ability to work under strict timelines and deadlines.

- Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability a must.

- Proficiency of Language: English (must be proficient), Hindi compulsory, Marathi (for Mumbai)
