Manager Accountant

Role:

- Closing of Monthly book of accounts (Should know InterCo reportings, Related Party reportings, Accounting of financial instruments,

- Review and presentation of MIS Reports - including Standalone, Consolidated & other cash flow reports,

- Understand Reporting requirements with regard to Segment reporting / Cost centre Allocations / Other such Entities,

- Conduct periodical review of GLs, processes, vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness - Ensure adequate controls for accounting process,

- Review taxation and statutory compliances within reporting period,

- Lead the Procure2Pay team(s) and provide guidance for process improvements,

- Manage internal / external stakeholders including Internal, External & other audits (Financial due diligence).

- Provide support on special projects and tasks.

Skills:

- Proficient in SAP / S4 HANA,

- Team player

- Solution oriented, Good communication Skills and Effective Stakeholder Management

- In depth knowledge & understanding of Accounting principles, RBI regulations & SEBI guidelines,

- Well versed with I-GAAP, IFC Implementation and IND AS.

Education: CA / MBA Finance

Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience
