Senior Information Security / Cyber security
mGage India Pvt. Ltd has an immediate opening for Senior Information Security / Cyber security professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant field. The person will hold the primary responsibility of managing the ISMS function and drive the IS strategy and implementation for the organization. The function will report into the head of IT and Technical Operations
Responsibilities Include :
- Update and maintain security policy and controls for the business services in accordance to the applicable standards.
- Executes internal, external, onsite and remote IT security audits, vulnerability and penetration tests.
- Responsible for full-cycle self-supported security auditing and penetration testing of onsite and remote targets.
- Assesses, designs and architects Security strategy for the organization
- Review the client requirements for managing Information security controls & Standards within the organization for the services provided and ensure adherence.
- Coordinate and manage client audits and ensure compliance including mitigating any risks identified by the clients within appropriate time period.
- Conduct periodic Risk assessment and develop and maintain appropriate risk management plan
- Work with stakeholders to enforce appropriate standards in application as well as Technology controls to adhere to the risk management plan and according to standards
- Provides timely documentation detailing systems, network and communication security vulnerabilities.
Knowledge and Certifications:
Strong knowledge, expertise and formal certifications on at least (3) or more of the following products :
- Firewalls/ Perimeter security devices (Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Checkpoint)
- SIEM technologies
- NextGen IPS technologies
- Websecurity and gateway
- Malware threat analysis and exposure to managing APTs
- Endpoint protection systems
- MDM solutions
- Virtualization and Cloud security
Additional knowledge of other technologies is also desired, but not required, examples include:
- Networking (HPN, Cisco, Juniper, F5, A10 Networks, VMware SDN/NSX)
- Mobility (VMware Horizon/AirWatch, Citrix, other MDM and End User Computing solutions).
- Virtualization (VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat)
- Converged Infrastructure (HP, Dell, Cisco)
- Cloud Computing solutions (Public, Hybrid and Private Cloud; IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, XaaS)
- Microsoft Server, AD, Exchange, MSSQL, SharePoint, Office365, Azure
- Big Data/BI (HP Vertica, Autonomy, Hadoop, Tableau, and other Data Analytics solutions)
Qualifications :

Education and / or Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or related field, and/or equivalent IT industry training or work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant technical experience.
- 1-3 years of network/programming/systems experience a plus.
- Exposure to ISO, COBIT, ITIL, SDLC, SELC and/or SEI CMM principles preferred
- CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA preferred.

- Ability to work effectively under remote supervision.
