Infrastructure Practice Head/Business Head

- MFX (part of the USD 8 Billion Fairfax Financial Holding) is one of the largest vertical system integrator for the insurance industry, providing end to end services leveraging our strong capabilities in PaaS (Platform as a Service), IaaS (Infrastructure as a service), ADM (Application Development & Maintenance), BPO, Analytics and GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) services in an integrated global services delivery model ( iSDM).

- We provide critical support and business applications to the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, processing over $2.7 billion insurance premium annually for our customers on our systems and supporting their core insurance applications, infrastructure and business processes

Roles and responsibilities :

- Responsible for Infrastructure P & L with a Revenue / Margin Target

- Head (Global) the Infrastructure practice for MFX

- Responsible to build offerings part of the Service Line, build business pipeline, working closely with the Sales Team in lead conversion to business wins for the practice

- Responsible for managing all operating parameters like utilization, pricing etc, for the practice

- Build strong second level and a larger team for the practice and manage the team

- Be the single point of contact for delivery with customers in North America and across the globe

- Have end to end ownership of customer programs and projects

- Will also be responsible to Quality, Output of Service Delivery and Customer SAT
