Work in brief : The role is an Individual Contributor responsible for Internal IT Infrastructure Management (20%) and Product Infrastructure management (80%). Major work involves identifying bottlenecks & troubleshooting product infra related issues both internally and during deployments or implementations or after implementation support to our global clientele in real time. This requires working in different time zones and should be to stretch when needed.
