Role & Responsibilities:
Looking for a Associate Manager - Corporate Marketing to handle end-to-end marketing efforts for our health tech platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the health tech industry, and a proven track record of successfully marketing to HR heads and employees. The role will additionally work on closing marketing alliances The Marketing Manager will report directly to the head of marketing and will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives adoption and growth of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that targets HR heads and employees from various employers
- Should have a good understanding of employee health benefits to created targeted campaigns
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the HR community
- Strategically create and manage marketing campaigns ended-to-end, including email, database marketing, social media, and digital advertising
- Generate content for social media relevant to employers and corporate employees
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and webinars and in app live video sessions.
- Work closely with the sales team to create compelling sales presentations and materials
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure success and make recommendations for future campaigns
- Manage the marketing budget and report on spending and ROI
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and adjust the marketing strategy as necessary
- Work on business alliances and strategic partnerships with relevant brands to create additional revenue potential
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the health tech industry
- Experience in marketing to HR heads and employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Ability to generate content for social media relevant to employers and corporate employees
