MFine - Associate Brand Manager
What You Will Do :
- Increase the brand awareness & consideration for MFine via executing Brand, Category & Hospital/Vendor marketing campaigns.
- Partner marketing campaigns to be strategized, planned & executed end to end.
- Creative thinking on how the brand can come alive in a co-branded partnership with Partners.
- Own large scale B2C campaign execution end to end by working with internal stakeholders (like category owners, analysts, finance, operations & business teams) and external stakeholders like outdoor, media & working with creative agencies.
- Manage & execute the Corporate level campaigns by coming up with interesting concepts that can be leveraged on the app & web & at the corporate premise, keeping the employees as an audience in mind.
- Measure the success of campaigns on continuous bases, based on the objective defined for the campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts for new campaigns and identify new channel opportunities to increase Brand's recall and share of voice.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to be up to date with industry trends.
What You Will Need To Succeed :
- Proven experience of 4 to 5 years in working on campaigns for B2C brands
- Ability to own and execute campaigns independently
- Creative outlook and a passion for brand growth and marketing trends
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within the timeline
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent brief writing skills.
