This is a unique opportunity to work with an early-stage VC funded company in the upcoming and modern enterprise mobility sector. Our aim is to be a dominant player in Indian enterprise mobility space in next 1 year before expanding to other markets. We are one of NASSCOM high potential start ups and our existing clients include biggies like Hindalco, Axis Bank and DelhiVery. For this role, we are looking for partners who can align with our vision and help us make mFicient a preferred choice for enterprise mobility solution
A good Fit :
More than anything else we are looking for street-smart individuals having an appetite for start ups, technology products and selling.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for doing end to end business development in the region.From identifying opportunities, setting up meetings and closing deals, Sales manager will be expected to take the entire ownership
- Responsible for setting up and on boarding teams in respective territories
- Work closely with inside sales team on lead generation and qualifying new opportunities
- Setup meetings with decision Maker (CEO / COO / CXO / Director / Founders) Directly meet them and sign them up as customers.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits to partners.
- Responsible for developing a business strategy in line with mFicient's vision
- Communicate the pricing and close the deal.
- Actively generate, maintain and follow-up on leads/references.
- Create and present metrics on a regular basis.
- Open up new markets both domestically and internationally as per mFicient's business strategy
Desired Skills :
- Must have exposure to client facing roles
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be comfortable / willing to technology product sales
- Should have the confidence to deal with CXO level executives
- Must be disciplined and target oriented
