Responsibilities
- To develop and execute yearly budget plan to achieve financial targets at country level.
- Implementation of mission, vision and values of the organization including deliverance of the high quality, customer focused care as per modern day standards.
- To explore new opportunities and business potential in terms of markets, customers and products. Special focus on localization of select products to expand market penetration.
- Represent India for PRO Division at SBU level, work closely with the SBU teams and leverage resources for business development of SF/SI business.
- Develop, train and Build team capability and capacity for consistent and aggressive growth.
- Candidate will be responsible for setting and following standards of excellence in operations, implementing policies and procedures & leveraging synergies among the business areas for future growth.
- To enhance customer satisfaction and monitor it regularly. Evaluate applications and issue recommendation for best product configuration. Also drive after sales market and consumable sales from SF/SI segment.
- Extend expert advice and support to the frontline sales and service team. Develop service capabilities for installation and commissioning as well as service contracts.
- Drive financial stability and consistent growth in revenue through sound financial management responsible for development, implementation & monitoring of budgets for sustainable business growth.
- To keep himself abreast with the concurrent development in Sales, Service and Marketing, the Process Industry, technology and competitors
- Work closely with EPC Consultants, SF/SI's and government authorities for product approval and business development.

- Proven track record of handling multiple products related to Process / Industrial applications in diversified markets and various segments.
Expected Key Deliverables:
Assigned Territory - India
Products Handling - Various High end Instrumentation products across Pharma segment.
Industrial Segment Cater to - Pharmaceuticals - Handling direct customers and system fabricators/Integrators
Experience :
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing with at least 3 years at National level role (BM/MM/Team Lead/Service Leaders etc.) / Regional Manager Role.
- Experience in developing business in Pharma Segment, Food and Chemical segment.
