For the Product Team at Mettl, we are looking for a talented and passionate Product guy from an IT company into B2B segment. In the Product Management team, one will utilize his/ her critical thinking and technical skills to help directly drive Mettl's success. This is an extremely cross-functional role where the ideal candidate should have a good mix of analytical insight, business acumen, and engineering know-how.
Major Responsibilities :
- Understanding user behavior, defining the product road-map, and overall improving user engagement on the platform.
- Define product features and work with design, engineering and other teams for end-to-end implementation.
- Own, manage, and develop re-engagement strategies which will engage users effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team to gather requirements for future products and work continuously for better product
Skills / Qualifications :
- Familiarity with product development and understanding of typical technology architecture for large scale, complex applications.
- Proven ability to work with cross functional teams to drive the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues.
Qualifications and Skills :
- B.Tech and MBA from any of the premier institutes with approx. 2-4 years of experience in Product development and management later on.
- Self-starter, accustomed to working in a changing environment, who enjoys and takes pride in technical solution
- Fun, outgoing personality able to collaborate well across different types of people and teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation and listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, startup environment.
