Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India - AVP/VP - Product Development

Role:

It would be an individual contributor's role where the focus will be on developing new products and revenue initiatives across all asset classes, which are traded on the exchange.

Detailed Job Description:

- To assist the Business Development Team in understanding the products and preparing the marketing pitch for individual product and basket of products.

- Track the products of other exchanges, both domestic and foreign to aid in the design of better product offerings.

- Track the performance of existing products and ensure continuous improvement.

- The incumbent will be responsible for finding trends, market opportunity and regulatory opportunity to create new products or enhance existing product on the exchange.

- Preparation of the monthly newsletter and other product related collaterals - Disseminate information related to the products to the members and listed entities.

The Ideal candidate should be:

- A Management professional with having an in-depth knowledge of financial markets and products in the BFSI Sector.

- A team player who can collaborate with the various stakeholders and enablers to ensure service delivery.

- Able to communicate effectively with the target audience and build trust.

- A self-starter with experience or capability to work in start-up environment.

Note : Candidates from Credit Rating Agencies are preferred.
