- Design and deliver trainings on behavioral skills, functional/process skills/ Soft skills to enable Sales teams to meet business objectives
- Imparting test related training to field sales staff.
- Developing training content
- Evaluation of training imparted
- Arranging refresher training
- Arrange logistics for training
- Create, coordinate, update, and schedule annual training plan
- Manage Induction for new joiners in Sales.
- Ownership of the on-boarding process for Sales.
- Post training evaluation
- Work with the overall operations and regional team to align messaging, communication, learning content and delivery methods
- Monitor and measure training effectiveness to ensure current programs are best responding to the needs of a fast moving company
- Improve training effectiveness by developing and testing new approaches and techniques
- Ensure that the internal pool of trainers is continuously expanding and delivering effective learning programs
- Manage the training budgets effectively
- Maintain the overall training and development MIS and presenting dashboards to the management
- Travel Frequent travel to various sites (Within India, Delhi, Chennai, Banglore, Kolkata) is required to liaison with Sales teams
Industry : Pharma
Qualification : MSc/ MPharm PhD / B.Pharm PhD with 6 to 7 years of in training & Development function for field sales staff in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
