Role Title - Manager CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Operations

Role Summary:

Metropolis Marketing Operations team is responsible for operationalizing all our marketing strategies and drive results.

This person would be responsible for executing marketing programs that engage, grow, and retain our customers through email, SMS, and push marketing campaigns. We are looking for a high-impact CRM Operations Manager who can oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of owned channel programs that create drive business growth.

What the role entails

Key accountabilities/responsibilities:

- Manage execution of owned channel (email, SMS, push) marketing campaigns end to end, including conceptualization, planning, targeting, scheduling, setting up, testing, execution, reporting & optimizing and reaching prospects & existing customers.

- Lead the strategic and operational aspects of the CRM system. Monitor, manage and maintain data quality within the marketing/sales/customers database.

- Track the success of email, SMS and push marketing activities and provide detailed reports of deliverability, list size and email engagement (open and click behavior)

- Monitor campaign execution and performance to optimize campaign strategies, content delivery, internal processes and develop novel approaches.

- Design, Build, document and implement various A/B testing mechanisms to establish innovative and agile campaigns.

- Ensure we follow industry policies and best practices.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns run smoothly and within deadlines.

What we are looking for in you:

 - Experience in marketing automation, campaign management and/or digital marketing operations, with experience in developing and implementing marketing CRM/automation solutions at scale.

- Good understanding of email marketing principles such as deliverability rate, reputation score, and sender score.

- Work well individually and as a part of a team

- Be able to work under pressure.

- Have an eye for detail; super organized, always looking for ways to do things better and more efficiently.

- Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems

- Familiarity with analytical and database tools

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

- Strong analytical background, naturally inquisitive and always seeking answers.

- Results-driven with demonstrated record of accomplishment of delivering against customer and business KPIs.

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore

Education:

 - Bachelors degree with a specialization in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Engineering, or a related field.

- MBA or similar master's degree is preferred.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in similar experience in marketing automation, campaign management, and/or digital marketing operations, with experience in developing and implementing marketing CRM/automation solutions at scale.
