- To set and monitor the credit limits of clients / customer.

- Aging analysis of outstanding.

- To update the company with new credit management procedures and techniques.

- Assessing the credit worthiness of clients / customer.

- Client code creation.

- Customer relationship Management.

- Responsible for internal audits of clients / customer.

- Monitoring the billing system.

- To develop, implement and maintain an effective and professional credit control system for the company.

- Visiting clients for resolving issues.

- Maintaining various MIS reports.

- Code deactivation / reactivation.

- Monitoring & assisting in legal action.

- Recommending RDD & Bad debts.

- Ensuring adherence to agreements.

- Control over cash receivables.
