Role Title: Lead - Partnerships
Role Summary:
We are looking to hire a person to drive day-to-day partnership operations. The role will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships in the external ecosystem, which will help us dramatically scale our business. He or She is expected to independently drive this charter, produce new constructs as well as drive commercial discussions to a conclusion. This will also involve implementing the objective of partnership, working with senior stakeholders from product and marketing.

What the role entails - Key accountabilities/ responsibilities:
- Help build & lead the partnerships charter for Metropolis to enable exponential growth.
- Drive innovative & high-impact long-term partnership constructs.
- Navigate internal & external stakeholders to run the partnership discussions end to end, including identifying the right opportunities, framing win-win structures, negotiation, and closure.
- Define the roadmap, execution plans, and success measurement for various opportunities.
- Execute the existing & new partnerships at Metropolis through direct/ indirect influence in the organization.

- Proven record of accomplishment in growing partnership accounts involving numerous stakeholders as well as achievements in innovative program implementation.
- Strong networking skills and possesses an understanding of project and event management techniques.
- Experience in identifying insights and presenting concepts with actionable plans.
- Comfortable and capable with both developing strategies and being hands on to execute on them.
- Ability to manage both internal (local and regional) and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and lead the team to meet deadlines.
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to form actionable insights and recommendations using advanced analytic skills.

Education: Premium B School background
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in pitching, converting, and managing partnerships in either eCommerce, consumer technology, or HealthTech business.
Stakeholder interfaces : Product, Analytics, Engineering/Tech, Finance, Senior Management
