Head - IT Project Management Office (PMO)
Role Purpose & Summary :
Metropolis Healthcare Limited (MHL) is looking for a suitable candidate to head its IT-PMO vertical. A person with extensive experience in managing complex application development programs in multi-partner echo-system, managing cross-functional teams, and having good analytical & communication skills. Shall work closely with CIO to formalize IT StrategiesRole
Key Responsibilities :
- Complex Program Management, Partner & CCB Governance, handling ITGC & Statutory Compliance
- Work closely with other IT Verticals & Cross-Functional teams to design, implement/automate and govern IT policies/processes/procedures/SoPs
- Evaluate/update existing policies/processes/procedures and roll out changes to ensure operating efficiency and compliance
- Effective communication, awareness, and trainings to desired user groups; preparation of dashboards/briefing for CXOs on Programs
- Complete governance of Change Control Board - control IT OPEX/CAPEX
- Perform partner/vendor management activities, monitoring SLA adherence, ensuring timely rewards/penalties
- Handle the ITGC and all other audits; ensure statutory compliances for IT Function
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Education: MBA + BE/BTECH from a reputed college
- ITIL, PMP certification is a must
- 12-15 years of work experience, preferably in IT Project Management
- Experience in the Healthcare industry shall be preferred
- Strong understanding of IT processes and hands-on drafting processes for various IT operations
- Experience in managing the CCB and tracking the same for further deliverable sign-offs
- Extensive experience in vendor management along with SLA monitoring
- Hands-on experience in contracts management
- Hands-on experience in managing ITGC audits
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure services including data center and cloud services
- Proven experience in handling large projects independently and handling large teams
- Excellent understanding of project management concepts, IT infrastructure, change management, transition management, industry best practices, and strategies
