Job Purpose : Job purpose: To support the Legal & Compliance team on contracts management
Educational Qualification : LLB
Skills:
- Strong contractual negotiation skills.
- Proactively identify and mitigate contractual risks.
Key Responsibilities :- Primary responsibility includes reviewing and negotiating various contracts including Services Agreement, IT Agreements, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, Alliance Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements etc.
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts required for internal consumption including but not limited to Procurement, HR, IT, Marketing, Admin and other cross-functions.
- Negotiate & conclude framework supplier agreement required for goods for resale (Food & Non-food suppliers)
- Ensure all contracts are negotiated and executed as per internal guidelines and highlight to the management if there are any non-standard terms & conditions.
- Provide advisory on marketing/adverting creatives.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders in renewing contracts in timely manner.
- Strategic support to internal teams on ad hoc projects and ensuring effective completion of assigned tasks.
- Create/amend supplier & vendor templates to reflect the most current mandates of the management
- Ensure that MIS, Digital and record keeping are maintained as per Company Policy
