Context & scope for role :
- The Authorizations Senior Consultant is responsible for complex services & compliance tasks as well as for the profound analysis of incoming support requests in the field of authorization and compliance.
Core Responsibilities :
- Perform regular compliance checks and create compliance reports. Support in the resolution of compliance issues.
- Independent handling of work products and managing his/her deliverable
- Analyze compliance and authorization issues and trigger resolution and testing steps.
- Perform incident tests after successful resolution - safeguard operational stability by continuous testing
- Analyze incoming authorization incidents and support the structured resolution within defined time frames
- Support the collaboration with internal and external auditors by providing analysis and reporting
- Interact with international support teams in a defined way
- Identify, evaluate and prioritize problems, complaints and service requests and formulate plans of resolution
- Recommend and conduct trainings for identified needs within team
Education :
- Bachelor / Masters Degree in business administration / informatics or similar
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- At least 1-5 years work experience in the field of SAP authorization
- Very good knowledge of Global Role changes, creation, Assignment and other security related administrative activities
- Very good knowledge of Access control, Emergency Access Management, Access Risk Analysis in GRC 10.1
- Support the user audience and internal customers (Team Members) with any access and authorization topics
- Very Good experience in support projects - ( Incident, Change, Problem & service request management )
- Understanding of compliance processes in the context of SAP finance and accounting processes
- Know-how about functional usage and basics of SAP ERP (with Focus on modules FI and CO)
- Understanding of SAP basics: (infrastructure landscapes, SAP jobs, standard tables and transactions)
- Understanding of finance and accounting processes preferred
- Ability to professionally handle a high volume of calls with exceptional service recipients skills in a high stress environment
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously, work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and to work in shifts
- Operate in a dynamic, fast moving and changing environment
- Effectively communicate in business English (written and spoken) across the finance organization
- German language skills are helpful in daily business communication

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- At least 2 years work experience in the field of GRC.
- Clear understanding of GRC 10.1 Access control module, and GRC Configurations.
- Understanding on Global Rule set and customized ruleset.
- Working on GRC 10.1 - ARA,CUP and EAM implementation/support project.
- Ability to execute Installation & Post Installation steps of SAP GRC Access Control 10.1 environment
- Work with the BASIS team for the installation of plug-in in the back end systems
- Work with the client to gather new requirements with GRC AC 10.1 module
- Ability to understand the existing processes in place in 5.3 and propose & map solutions in GRC Access control 10.1
- Ability to perform Rule set validation and modifications of delivered Risks
- Good Knowledge of Multi Stage Multi Path (MSMP)Workflow for Access Request Management.
- Ability to understand and configure BRF+
- Good Knowledge of the usage of Debug Monitor tool.
- Maintain Fire fighters.
- Analyze and resolve day to day issues in CUP.
- Schedule Background jobs.
- Understanding of Logical Systems and offline Risk Analysis.
