Reporting line :
- Director Operations
Core Responsibilities :
- Spearheading projects (planning, tracing, periodic review, monitoring, risk management)
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
- Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment through coordination of project kickoff.
- Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation.
- Create strategies for proactive risk mitigation and contingency planning.
Education :
- Graduate (Any) 15 years and an Masters in Business Administration
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Ability to work under pressure situations
- Excellent communication
- Enthusiastic and hands-on with people centric approach
- Drive initiatives
- Good experience in governance / methodology and approach towards projects
- Worked in cross functional teams
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate a proven ability to plan, organize and lead in a dynamic work environment as well as possess strong presentation and project management skills.
- Certification in Project Management
- Technically savvy
