Assistant Manager - SAP FI

Reporting line : Manager

- Context & scope for role

- Support to FICO related incidents in the area of Asset Accounting / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Banking

- Supporting Team in Finance Process Testing in different phases of projects like Functional Testing / UAT / Regression Testing

Core Responsibilities :

- Should be able to solve quires and find solution for SAP FI End user

- Should be able to understand trouble shoot and come up solution for SAP FI team

- Responsible for providing first level Business Process support to user in the area of Procurement to payment ( AP Process), AR Process, Asset Accounting, Inventory closing, Banking, Real Estate, Maintenance and Repair

- Act as Bridge between IT Team and business users.

- Supporting Team in Finance process testing in different phase of project like - Functional testing - UAT - Regression testing

- Effective Management of incidents

- Managing team of 10-15 Agents

Education :

- CA / MBA Finance / Graduate in Commerce & SAP FI Certification.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Knowledge of SAP FI functional support and End user support activities
