Manager - Litigations LLB or LLM from Premium Institute is preferable. Key Responsibilities : - Manage and handle pan India litigations matters - Engage with external counsels and law firms - To conduct initial litigation case assessment, draft pleadings, written statements, rejoinders, applications, draft notices and reply notices - As an Individual Contributor to undertake all types of litigations - Civil, Criminal, Labour, IBC, Consumer matters, FSSAI, Legal Meteorology, Essential Commodities cases, etc. - Attend and appear before various courts including High Courts and Tribunals across India - Provide assistance in filing complaints before law enforcement authorities, assisting the cross functional teams during crisis management and ensure business continuity - Due diligence on agreements, contracts, deeds for broad based commercial contracts, transactions, non-disclosure agreements, etc. - Track legal expenses and manage budgets - Maintaining MIS for pan India Litigation with respect to relevant subject matters. - Providing legal and business advisory to internal stakeholders.
