- Handling all Marketing Communication activities relating to branding, product management, vendor coordination and all ATL & BTL activities.
- Understanding the business dynamics, creating and executing marketing activities to drive footfalls.
- Analysis performance of campaign and promotion.
- Customer insights.
- Retail marketing plan / partnerships / alliances at the store level, allocating and partnering with key resources including vendors, contractors, promotion agencies and in-store outfitters.
- Track and monitor, weekly and monthly reporting along with proposing plans based on findings and insights of all marketing initiatives and customer retention and loyalty activities carried out in store.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate ATL & BTL advertising channels.
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (designing category promotions, advertising, instore activities, events etc.)
- Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, customer walk-ins etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
